Buying a Home [mobile]

Our Approach to Working with Buyers

Our goal is to make buyers feel welcome and valued, no matter what you may know about the home buying process, where you are buying or how much you are spending. We are dedicated to providing buyers with information that is easy to understand, without all of the industry jargon, so you can be informed and empowered consumers and make wise investments for your future. We will also represent your best interests and advocate for your needs. In order to build stable and strong communities, we help buyers find property that is affordable and safe in the short term and that will give a great return and build wealth over the long term.

Communication is such a key element of the relationship between a real estate agent and a buyer. We listen to your needs and respond to your questions/doubts/fears. We break down the process step by step, and we will be honest about your options. We can offer advice based on our knowledge of the market and development in the area whether a property will give you a great return on your investment. We help you weigh pros and cons to find the right fit for you. When you find the right property, we will advise on the best terms to offer that will meet your financial and other needs and will also make your offer competitive.

    First Time Buyers

We are particularly dedicated to making first time buyers feel comfortable and informed during the buying process. Having been first time buyers ourselves, we know how overwhelming the process can be and how much new information there is to learn. We also know, because we’ve been there, that first time buyers in the low to mid-market can feel intimidated to reach out to a real estate agent for help. Will the agent want to work with me if I’m not buying a particularly expensive home? Will he judge me because I don’t have much money saved? Will she think I’m stupid if I ask questions?

As first time buyers, you may also be eligible for a number of programs in our area that provide down payment and closing cost assistance. We specialize in working with these programs and understand how to navigate their sometimes confusing processes. Though your lender will be able to confirm whether you qualify for a specific program, we can explain to you how these programs work and which may be a good fit for you and your situation.
